Homeopathy is a natural medicine that has been practiced for over two hundred
years. Its approach to treating disease is distinctly different that allopathic
medicine (traditional approach). Allopaths treat a disease by suppressing

I discovered my awareness of the link between diet and health, and my love of
herbal medicine, as a teenager. While I have been a professional cook for
fifteen years, I have studied herbalism and nutrition in my spare time. My first
experience of herbs and acupuncture was in the student clinic at AAAOM, where I
later earned my degree, to treat a severe attack of sciatica incurred at work. The
treatment was dramatically successful and fast-acting, and the sciatica never
returned.
I am a 2010 graduate of the masters program at the American Academy of
Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Roseville, Minnesota. During my two-year
internship at AAAOM, I used acupuncture, herbalism, tui na and dietary therapy
extensively; I also acquired considerable experience with electro-stimulated
acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, ear, scalp and wrist-ankle microsystem
acupuncture, and other techniques. In diagnosis, I always keep in mind the diet,
daily habits, and emotional aspects of my patient, in keeping with the holistic
foundation of Oriental Medicine.
I am licensed to practice acupuncture and herbal medicine by the Minnesota
Board of Medical Practice. I received my Diplomate of Oriental Medicine from the
National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
